Antony is the largest and most detailed of the antler vessels I've made so far this year. He has a wheel-thrown body and base, with hand-sculpted horns and legs. He was a fun piece to create and to glaze! He was originally designed to sit next to a pink companion piece, but she, sadly, did not survive the glaze firing intact. Maybe one day Antony will find a new love, but for now he's off living the single life.
