Cosette is a variation on a fennel bulb, but in a different style than her big sister Fiona. This cute little bulb is dressed in cozy flannel onsie pajamas just like my daughter wore as a baby. I made Cosette while my daughter was away at a pre-college summer experience for an entire month and I missed her incredibly! This ended up being a fun way to work through my feelings! I think Cosette is the cutest amongst her fellow veggie totem friends, and I just love her.
